By opting in to receive SMS text messages from the Los Angeles County Office of the Ombudsperson, you agree to receive text messages related to your request for assistance. Messages may include informational updates, appointment notifications, and case-related communications.

Message frequency varies depending on your request and communication with our office. 

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and service plan. 

Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the Los Angeles County Office of the Ombudsperson unless you opt in again.
